Who we are
Closerloop builds and runs go-to-market systems for US companies that sell IT and telecom services. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect through our forms
- Pipeline Preview request: first name, work email, company, company website, number of sellers, what you sell, the market or city you want covered, and whether you agreed to receive email.
- Signal Brief sign-up: work email, market or city, and whether you agreed to receive email.
- Emails you send us: whatever you choose to include.
We don't use analytics or advertising cookies on this site, and we don't run tracking scripts.
Why we use it
- To build and deliver the Pipeline Preview you asked for, and to arrange the call to walk through it.
- To send the Signal Brief, if you signed up for it.
- To reply to you, and to keep a record of our conversations.
Who processes it for us
- HubSpot stores form submissions and contact records and sends our emails. It acts as our data processor.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
- Google Fonts serves the fonts on this site, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads.
Business information in our signal work
To build Pipeline Previews, the Signal Brief and client systems, we work with public business signals (such as job postings, funding, permits and filings) and with business contact details from data providers, such as names, job titles and work email addresses of decision-makers at companies. We publish company-level signals only. We never publish people's names.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't share it with anyone except the processors above, or where the law requires it.
Unsubscribing and your choices
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and it works the first time. You can also email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We'll reply within 30 days.
How long we keep it
We keep contact details while we're in touch, and delete them when you ask or when they're no longer needed for the reason we collected them.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
